At Lagoa Swimwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the order date. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and sanitary liner. Items that come back without sanitary liners or with any evidence of wear will be returned at the customer’s expense without refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
Instructions for returning and exchanging items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number before sending your purchase back to us. Please complete the entire return/exchange form and ship your merchandise (along with the slip) back to the address provided on the packing slip.If you do not have a return/exchange form, please email customer service at info@lagoaswimwear and we will email you a return/exchange form.
