RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lagoa Swimwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All sale items or items purchased with a coupon code of 30% off or more are available for exchange only. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and sanitary liner. Items that come back without sanitary liners or with any evidence of wear will be returned at the customer’s expense without refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
- Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, contact Lagoa Swimwear by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number. If your return or exchange is within the guidelines listed above, we will email you an authorization number within 24 hours.
- Once you have received your authorization number, send back the items you wish to return or exchange. It must be post marked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your order number, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and poly bags. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not post marked within 10 days of receiving the purchase.
