To keep your new Lagoa Swimwear looking great, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent in cold water only and lay flat to dry. High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use.
Our swimwear is double lined and made with the highest quality fabrics. Our bikinis are made of 80% Nylon + 20% Spandex. All our swimsuits are seamless, making them the comfiest bikinis you will ever own!
Our swimwear is designed in Redondo Beach, CA and made in Los Angeles, CA.
Don't worry! Lagoa Swimwear tries to restock our popular items when out of stock. You can be notified by email by clicking the pink “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK” button. As soon as the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away through email!
Helpful Tip: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Some items are limited edition only which may never be restocked again, we never guarantee that an item will be restocked.
The Size Guide serves a general guideline for helping you find your correct size. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our support team on chat, email, or phone. Please include any info about your bust, waist, and hip measurements and we’ll help you out.
Orders & Shipping
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime by simply logging into your account and clicking “Order Details." If your order status is “Unfulfilled”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order is “Fulfilled,” you will see a delivery tracking number.
Lagoa Swimwear team is very quick at processing orders to make sure they get delivered to you as soon as possible. You may change your order as much as you want before you click "Checkout". Anything beyond checkout, you will not be able to make changes to your order anymore. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

Check your email or your account with Lagoa Swimwear. Both will update you when your order is confirmed and when it has shipped out.
You should have received a confirmation email instantly after placing an order. A shipping email should also follow shortly after. If you did not receive an email from Lagoa Swimwear please check your spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you think you gave us the wrong e-mail address, please do email us firstname.lastname@example.org have the necessary information sent to your correct email address.

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, contact us firstname.lastname@example.org include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.
Go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, on the right hand side of the page you will see the “Gift card or discount code” field. Fill it in and then hit the apply button!
Have you entered the code correctly? Try copying and pasting the code into the discount code section in checkout. The discount code may no longer be valid. If you know it is a valid code and it is not working, please email email@example.com and our customer service team will help you out.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Lagoa Swimwear, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All sale items or items purchased with a coupon code of 30% off or more are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please see ourReturns page for more information.
You can return your order using the same packing that was sent to you. The carrier you use is up to you. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Once we receive your return/exchange in the mail, it can take up to 10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is made, and the refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
